The Region X Young at Heart Paddle Program is a mentor-led development program to build coordination, increase physical stability and encourage social engagement. By working independently and within a team environment to improve decision making, lateral thinking and social skills with the aim of improving self-esteem whilst just having fun. We use kayaks as our vehicles to explore and develop our skills and confidence!
